This program focuses on advanced concepts in Project Management and has, as its platform, the five-step project methodology participants will have been exposed to in the Effective Project Management program.   The program incorporates: short theory presentations experiential activities working on their live project using practical project templates DVD playback to analyse a sophisticated project

At the conclusion of the program, participants will have been exposed to advanced concepts, which will enable:

• Comprehensive stakeholder identification, prioritisation and engagement
• Successful timeline and budget development
• Utilisation of critical path and critical chain concepts
• Effective project transitioning on completion
