This program focuses on the core elements of the project planning and monitoring process. Participants are exposed to the key elements of a five-step project methodology and four practical templates that may be utilised for post program projects.
The program incorporates:
- short theory presentations
- experiential activities
- application of the four practical project templates
- DVD playback to analyze an actual project
