John is Managing Director of a boutique project management consultancy in Melbourne. His focus is providing project management training and individual coaching in live project environments. He also provides consulting assistance to organisations defining or re-defining project methodologies so as to ensure strategic alignment of their projects.
As a consultant, John has designed and delivered in-company project management programs for numerous clients over the past decade. He has also been responsible for the delivery of numerous public short courses in project management conducted across Australia. These programs are attended by in excess of 500 managers annually from a diverse mix of public and private sector organisations.
John’s experience spans both medium and large-scale project environments, from software development to vehicle manufacture – he was the external (General Motors accredited) trainer with Holden, in Australia, for their Vehicle Development project methodology.
